What is it they say about cornflakes? They make you rise and shine. Certainly that’s the effect the popular cereal has had on Town this season.
Pictured at Johnny’s in Huddersfield, where they have their pre-match meal – usually cereal and toast – before every home game.
Johnny’s – who are again sponsoring Town by giving £10 for every league goal – has certainly proved something of a good omen for the team because, since they started eating there, they haven’t been beaten at Leeds Road.
The unbeaten home record, in league, FA cup and Milk Cup, now stretches back 32 matches to April, 1982.
